Writer's Block: Eat, Drink, Be Merry
Nov. 27th, 2008 02:50 pmSo this is my first writer's block excercise. I've been meaning to start doing these for a while, but never got around to it. Anyway, On to the question.
Thanksgiving is almost here in the U.S., heralding the start of the holiday season and the first of many meals where you might be confronted with a traditional
dish that you happen to find disgusting. What holiday food do you hate to see on the table?
For me, it's mashed turnips. I never say anything, because it is traddition. I like just about any other vegitable you can name, but not turnips, or mashed carots and parsnips. I like both carots and parsnips individually, but not mashed up together.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Later,
Kathy
